Without a doubt its Warrior by Disturbed. The lyrics alone make it easy to crank it up another couple of levels during a workout.

I have 6 or 7 exercise playlists on Spotify. I like to mix it up and have one for intervals, a few for step, walking, 80s songs, dance songs, indie, etc. Right now I am loving Madonna, esp. "Sorry", and 70s stuff like ELO, Raspberries and Bay City Rollers, seriously ;)

My favorite running song atm is "Till I Collapse" by Eminem. I swear this was meant to be an exercise song and not a Top 40 pop song lol

it depends. I love working out to pitbull, but recently it's been taio cruz and about halfway through the album when I'm ready to throw in the towel rather than push "I Can Be" comes on and tells me I can! I love it!

Anyone have any good rock songs they listen to? I need to find some new tunes and rock seems to work for me. Something with a good beat also works.

Not too big of a fan of Brittney Spears but her music has a great beat to exercise to. I have all of her songs on ipod.

My favourites vary from day to day but I generally like the start off with Eminem's Lose Yourself. I put it on while I'm tying my laces and by the time I've hit the road, I'm pumped and ready to go.
  • The song that can really get me to dig deeper and keep going is "Sing" by My Chemical Romance.

    I love: Christina Aguilera's "Dirrty"
"Sexyback", but not the Justin Timberlake version...the Poison cover. I can't believe I just admitted that publicly.
    Adam Lambert's "For Your Entertainment"
    The Fratellis' "Chelsea Dagger"
and "Sex On Fire" by Kings of Leon
