    I have the same body type as you and in a similar situation. I have gone from 150 to 140. I see more curve at my waist. The belly is going to take some time and work.

    yea.. the lower belly is definitely the hardest thing to get rid of.. Im hoping 5 of those next 10lbs come off from right there.
