Hi, I'm Carrie. I just joined the website looking for accountable partners(friends). I am started this journey cause I want to have a health lifestyle. As well as be able to enjoy all the things life as to offer... :)

    Thanks so much for welcoming me. I'm sure I'll love this website. My mom and her friend started this website a few weeks back. My mom has lost over 20 lbs in about 3 weeks. So I thought I'd give this website a try. I've tried other weight lose things, but nothing seemed to work. So I figured why not give it a try.

    One of the best things to know is that it takes (and I might off by a little) 3,550 calories to gain or lose one pound. For every 3,550 calories that we eat we gain one pound and likewise for every 3,550 that we don't eat, we lose a pound. So the math is that we need to consume fewer calories and exercise (what works best is to get at least one hour of exercise a day for weight loss).

    I'm going to have start writing down these tidbits somewhere. Right now they're just floating in my head. By using this program you can see the calories that you've consumed in a day. So pay attention to how many calories you eat in a day, and don't eat too few ( I was missing meals here and there and I do believe that was my down fall because it was causing me to binge every now and then (probably more of then, then now).

    Welcome! ive been here for 90 days and have lost 24lb so far! i have been slightly slacking past few weeks but the support I have is amazing! You're more than welcome to add me and hopefully we can support each other! :) x
  • Hi you can add me if you like. I'm close to goal now and will be lowering it by another 6lbs but my main focus now is toning etc.
