    I'm from East Bay Area too, now Fremont soon to be Hayward. I'm also looking for active friends preferably someone who can run with me and hubby at Alameda creek.

    If you're around the Fremont area and haven't tried rock climbing/bouldering at City Beach, definitely worth checking out. I don't live in the bay anymore but used to go there all the time when I did. Great way to meet new friendly, active people who love the outdoors.

    I have been to City Beach and that was along time ago. Maybe I should try checking it out again.
