Need someone or a group to hold me accountable!

Hi!! I need someone to hold me accountable and keep me on track with my dessert consumption.

I workout 5-6 days a week and eat well MOST of the time. I eat dessert way too often!

I am in a wedding in October and could NOT get into my bridesmaid dress tonight (it wouldn't zip all the way up!) I have 3 months to lose about 10-15 pounds and I need a boost!

Help!! ;)

Jamie

I would like to help you and hold you accountable. My name is Scott and I'm not a professional. I'm just someone that is trying to lose weight too (100 pounds +) so I can get down to a BMI of less than 25%. The biggest thing that has helped me is combining the combination of eating fewer calories and exercising. If you want to lose weight. The best thing to do for weight management is to work out for at least 1 hour per day.

    Scott

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Set the cookies down and back away! And if you are going to eat them, because you just half to, take 3 bites and log them. The first 3 are the only good ones anyway! Good luck!

Feel free to add me, if you'd like. It's better to make your desserts fit into your calories than to avoid them altogether, though.

Were you trying to zip it yourself? I ask because the act of reaching behind yourself to zip it, spreads your ribcage. I learned that last year right before I ordered my wedding dress. It fit, but I couldn't zip it myself. My daughter zipped it with no problem.

I already replied to you and submitted a friend request, but I wanted to let you know that recently I got together with my running partner and asked her to get on board with me to go without refined sugar for two weeks. I do this periodically when I know I have been consuming too many "fun foods" and need to cut the habit. The results are remarkable in helping me to cut cravings and change my habits. Just two weeks (the first week is most challenging, the second weeks helps give a distaste for the sweet), then add a "free day" in there. Depriving yourself is counterproductive, but most people can handle two weeks to help change psych/diet. Hope this helps!

Feel free to send me an invite if you are looking for someone that will look at your diary entries before saying "Good Job". I also ask questions about your choices. So if your diary is open to friends and this is what you think you need, fire away. (You get to plug away at my entries too.)

I have JUST started on this, and I am really needed to lose weight before my holiday in September!
Sugary sweets aren't really a problem of mine, crisps and savoury snacks are!
I wouldn't mind a couple of people to chat to to keep myself motivated as well!
