Best Wightlifting Routine

What's the craic.
Just wanted opinions and personal experience regarding which routine to use for weightlifting. I.e. Full body 2 days a week, upper body and lower body or a different muscle group each day. I personally find myself unable to finish a full body workout due to fatigue.
Thanks for opinions in advance.

I will throw in on this. Since you get fatigued I would guess you are a beginner. I am sure there are many programs out there but I would recommend Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5. Both are full body workouts but begin with very light weights. Its almost impossible to get fatigued when you first begin. Make sure you read thru the program before starting. Not sure they are the best, but what really is? I started with p90x and moved to 5x5. Have been doing for a yr and have been happy with the results. You will need access to a squat rack and olympic wts but check out a gym or high school. I lift at a local high school for free and have easy access.0

Stronglifts or Starting Strength are good places to begin. Full body, multiple times a week, with a focus on compound movements for at least the first year is best.
If you are fatiguing then do some cardio on a couple of the non lifting days to build up your endurance and stamina. Nothing crazy though, just 30 to 40 minutes. It will help.0 -

The best? Probably not a single best but probably one of the top methods in the world is the Russian Conjugate and Max Effort method as trained by the Westside Barbell Club.0 -
Here's a great (and very sensible!) beginner's routine (read the first post in the thread):

Yup. Full body 3 days a week. Each of those routines are 3 moves each day only (I think. I know Stronglifts is). Start with low weight, work your way up so you can handle it.0 -
I do a different muscle group each workout0

Thanks for all the advice/opinions/inputs everyone, I'll make sure to check out these Stronglifts and Starting Strength programs, as they seem to be fairly popular.
