Should I be eating ALL my calories back when I have worked out? I know there are allot of opinions on this topic, I normally eat some of them back but not all of them?! Some nights I work out and burn 400 - 700 cal and then I eat back 100 - 300

Do you have a HRM? If not, just eat a portion back because I have found the MFP estimate of calories burned to be pretty high.0

I have found the same thing. I have a heart rate monitor and when I put my excise into MFP it said 500 burned but my monitor said 292. I went with my monitor :happy:0 -
Good morning,
I eat most of my calories back.
I ran across the thread listed below which explains eating your calories back and how to jump start and continue taking pounds off.
