holy smokes...how do you track swimming?? and better yet, how did you last for 3miles lol...i can barely do 20 lengths LOL...nice work...Swam 3 miles today! At the halfway mark! Woohoo!0

Thanks Denise for pointing me to this thread so I can update my progress
So far this month I have done 124km on my bike....
I'm really pleased with the progress, especially as I've had a really busy few weeks with family and work.
3/7 = 14km
5/7 = 13km
7/7 = 22km
10/7 = 13km
12/9 = 19km
15/7 = 27km
16/7 = 16km
