    Actually I'd use the word "unhealthy," that's half a pound a day. I also kinda wonder how you lost that much weigh and only went down three sizes. *shrug*

    That is awesome! I am just getting back on here and hopefully I will have success this time...I have gained another 15 pounds since the last time I was on here so I HAVE TO make this work!
