OT: Anybody ever moved after custody agreement made?
It's come to a point when both myself, and my ex may be relocating.
Perhaps not to the same state.
Right now we share 50/50(and we think this is best for the kids), but we aren't sure how or if that could be done.
Anybody finagled anything like this before? Made it work.
This isn't a situation where either one of us want to fight, we don't want to be nasty, we don't want more court. We just want it to be fair.

My cousin and her ex had a shared custody agreement and then he moved from KY to WA and she stayed in KY. Because he moved so far obviously he couldn't have them every other weekend and two nights during the week like he did when they lived in the same town so now the only time he sees them is two months every summer. I'm not sure if they split holidays.0

I have a friend whose ex lives in Texas and he lives in North Carolina. He has his daughter during the school year and her mother has her over the summer.0
