The more I exercise the more I want to snack because I feel hungry.

I've decided to hold off and be hungry for a while before grabbing the next food. (C'mon body, burn some fat don't have a sammich!)

How long can you hold out before the next snack when your tummy grumbles FEEEEED MEEEEE?

I eat when I am hungry. If I am truly hungry (and not just snacky) then my body is telling me it needs something.

You can eat a lot of vegetables for few calories if you don't have much wiggle room for the day. Grab some celery with a little natural peanut butter, carrot sticks and hummus, fruit like an apple or a peach, some plain Greek yogurt and berries...whatever you like that fits into your goals.

If I'm genuinely hungry I try to grab something low cal to hold me over to the next meal. If I'm craving something unhealhty I try to satiate myself with something low cal and healthier first, but if the craving continues I go for it and then work off the extra cals later.

I eat when I'm hungry. If I don't, then when I do eat, I act like I haven't seen food in my entire life.
