How often do you weigh yourself??

Depending on how often do you enter it in MFP every time you weigh yourself??

    I weigh myself everyday and if there's a loss I will enter it that day. Having said that I'm trying not to weigh myself again till Friday. Its jus too discouraging if I weigh myself everyday with all the ups and downs I've been having lately.

    Every day, first thing in the morning before I shower. I only log a loss.

    I was curious cause I lost 4.6lbs... Gained .4 back since I weighed in.

    I weigh every day(I like to see that I "gain" after a high-sodium day, etc.) but I record new losses on either Monday or Friday. I don't log gains on MFP mostly because I know they're just water weight.

    every other day... i know this is bad but i only track it on here when i see changes in my weight going down lol.. *deep sigh*

    My husband and I weigh in twice a month. . . once on the first of the month and on the fifteenth of the month. That way, (in my mind) we are guaranteed a loss and that spurs us on to keep going.

    Its worked for us. . . once a day or week does not motivate me, but totally stresses me out. Stress causes increased cortisol, belly fat, blah blah blah, etc.
