hi i've been on here before but re-joined again last week, i'm doing well but would love to find friends who are of a similair sort of age for support, i'm 44 my name is Louise, life was a bit hectic over the last couple of monts but hopefully i'm back for good now :)

    Hi, I am similar in age. and brand spankin new here! This "0 pounds lost" ticker I just put on is already a great motivator..LOL.

    I'm 40 with chronic health issues- blah!

    I decided to try this out at the recomendation of a friend. I need a way to track nutrition and make sure eating to control my blood sugar doesn't add up the calories!
