Just thought I'd share what I had for dinner because it was sooo good and satisfying:

Greek Salad:
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Cucumber
Cherry or grape tomatoes
Red onion
Black olives
Light feta cheese
1-2 tbs Olive oil, 1 tbs lemon juice 1 lbs dried oregano

For 2 cups, which is a decent salad, it's under 200 cals. Almost 100 cals per cup. The cheese makes it more filling than a regular salad and the different flavors are very satisfying!
Fresh black pepper

Is there a specific lettuce you are using? Red leaf? Green leaf? Iceberg? Romaine? Right now it's a vegetable medley!

OMG that sounds SSSOOOO good! I  feta!

I get on my husband's nerves cause everytime I make something with it I say "FETA MAKES IT BETA!"
  • Haha feta does make it better!!!

I don't put any lettuce. Just the veggies listed! If I did, I would probably put it on a bed of baby spinach or cut up some bite size romaine, especially the crunchy spines!
