new gal

im new here but still learning...i am eating 1600 cal and working out 4x a week burning 500 calories a day but still i didnt loose weight what is it i am i missing?

    Drink lots of water and avoid all sodas. I have reached the point where I only drink water, green tea and Muscle Milk.

    hi there. how much are you looking to lose and how long are your workouts and then what is your diet like? when i was working out consistently and found that i wasn't losing anything, i discovered i was having too much protein and sugars in various forms. all of those factors count.. please feel free to add me I'd be happy to share any and all tips I've learned during this health journey.     i think thats what it is...i have protein and sugars..i am taking the GNC lean 25 and GNC wheybolic 60 in the morning...
