What did you eat on 30 day shred?

For those who had success did you follow Jillians plan or your own? Im doing the 30 day shred so I really want to get good results. (:

    I ate what I normally eat but definitely stayed under on calories...I was also training for a half-marathon at the time and had great results! I did 5 days on Level 1, 15 on Level 2, 10 on Level 3. Level 1 is the easiest and can fool you into thinking it's going to be a breeze...that is, until you hit Level 2. I completed the program in about 40 days.
