Hunger, did my metabolism get better?

Hey Guys,

I don't know if anyone remembers me (these topics go by fast), but I was one of the people who hit plateau. I ended up changing my entire routine, and I'm happy to say I dropped 3-4 pounds since a couple weeks ago. I ended up raising my intake to around 1300-1450 instead of 1200, and I switched to new vegetables and food groups. I also added interval training on my off days, rather than my 2-3 mile walk. I also changed my macros to 40/35/25

But I have a question for some experienced weight-loss champions..

The last couple days I have been insatiable in terms of hunger, should I listen to my body or just drink ridiculous amounts of water and green tea and continue to restrict? I did 2 cheat meals the last 2 days as well.. I hadn't had bread or rice in like 2 months. But anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
