Today I am starting a 300 ab challenge. I will be doing it for 30 days. Copy the link below to take you to the info/instructions. Basically, there are 12 different ab exercises that you do, 25 reps each. They say it should only take about 15 mins (once you've got it down). It doesn't look too difficult, but I'm sure it will take some perseverance. I'm not sure how to put pics in posts, so I will just put the starting inches for my waist. Post yours if you're in, and lets get started! I will however post my before and after pics in my profile, so you can friend me if you want to see my results. Good luck to everyone!
