Anywhere from four to six... Sometimes less, rarely more. I have a hard time falling asleep, and between work and kids, I have a hard time sleeping in!

5 - 6 hours. Not enough. Thinking of trying Melatonin to see if that helps me sleep longer.

    Not enough 3-5
  • Generally, not enough. I'm a light sleeper who drinks too much caffeine and has too many loud distractions around the house. I am in bed about 7 hours a night, however a lot of that is me TRYING to sleep. Some nights don't get more than 4 or 5 hours and other nights I might get 7 or 8. On weekends, I try to make up for lost sleep but it never seems to work out.

8-9 for me. I don't function well on anything less than 7.

I've tried melatonin. It helps me relax, but doesn't necessarily guarantee I'll sleep better. Ir seems to work better some days than others.

I get around 6 hours of sleep a night. I wish I could turn it into a solid 8, but no dice. I don't tend to get tired until about 1 or 2 in the morning and get up at 8 to get ready for work.

I always get my 8 hours, usually 9. I have no kids and work flex time so I can make my own schedule to make sure I sleep.

8 1/2 - 10 hours. More on the weekends. The less sleep I get, the more awake I am during the day sadly... I had to get up at 5:30 every morning when I was student teaching (had to travel) and I wasn't tired all day, but I really hated getting up so early.

Usually seven, any less when I have to function and I turn into an ornery infant. It's unpleasant for anyone that has to deal with me.

5-7 restless hours during the week and 7-8 on weekends. I'm always trying to cram too much into my day and then I can't shut my brain off once I do lay down.

I get 8-9 on week days and 9-10 on weekends. I work & get up early as well. No kids. Sleep is important to me. :)

Like, 10. This is during summer break, though... during school I'll be getting much less so I'm gettin' it all in before I go back.

I've been sleep deprived for years, I just hate going to bed - I have too many things to do that are more interesting. When I do go to bed I'm asleep in 6 minutes (which I believe is not a good sign) and get 6 hours sleep.

I just got a FitBit and its telling me my sleep gets interrupted and I'm getting more like 4 or 5 hours. That may explain why I'm not very functional in the morning.

4-6 hours usually. I had one of my best days on 2 hours of sleep.
  • Maybe 8 hours during the summer then like maybe 5 during school.
