Easy Turkey Chili-224 calories per serving

One pound ground turkey breast(like Jennie O)
One can red kidney beans(rinsed and drained)
One can Diced tomatos with green chilis
One small can tomato sauce
Mrs Dash and Chili Powder to taste
Cook turkey and break apart while cooking
Add the rest of ingredients
Simmer 15 minutes
Separate into 5 equal containers
Makes 5 servings-
Freezes beautifully!
