Too late for a bite?

Just siting here, feeling hungry, 554 calories under my goal for the day and was thinking of having a yogurt. It's 9:30PM. Is it too late for a snack? What is the general concensus on this topic at the moment?

I work nights.
I eat late all the time.
I sleep late because most nights I don't get home until 2 AM or I work the overnight shift and don't sleep.
Most of the time I don't have my first meal until later in the day or I eat very light in the morning and afternoon because I am not hungry then due to my schedule.
The "Don't eat late at night" is a myth. If you have 554 calories left you have more then enough room to snack. A calorie is a calorie weather you eat it at 2 AM or 2 PM. The overnight thing gets it's bad rep because most people eat at night are overeating by that point. Obviously that isn't the case here.
So no it's NEVER too late for a bite! You're hungry so eat especially if you're that much under0 -
Unless your yogurt has 554 calories, have at it.0

I say eat something. You can eat your yogurt and still be under so why not. How many calories do you get a day?0

Thank you all. Just had a greek yogurt, strawberry and tasty.
I remember hearing so often the "Don't eat after 8PM" mantra. I feel a lot better now :-)

I would eat it. I have eaten at 3:30 in the morning and it didn't stop me from losing.0
