If you were going to the grocery store starting from scratch, what would be on your list to help you with your diet? I always find it interesting what others are eating and new ideas.

I always stop by produce first. I grab a bag of green vegetables (greens, watercress, spring mix salad . . . yum), then a fruit (like an apple or orange). And we must not forget the carrots.0
-
Egg beaters, almond milk, carrots, tzatziki sauce, celery. lettuce, green pepper, grape tomatoes, salmon, cod, tuna, tilapia, chicken, soyjoy bars, bananas, various side dish veggies like green beans/peas, two cases of water and some low calorie cheese sticks.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.. but they're things that I consume often!0 -

Fish (pink and white)
Almond Milk
