No weight loss

So, i have been at this for about a week and a half and i am not losing any weight. I am not to discouraged yet, because i also lift weights. I am lifting heavy so hopefully its just muscle taking the place of the fat that i am losing.

    1st.... JEEPER FOR LIFE :) 2nd hey don't forget weight isn't the only way to track your results. Since you are lifting so much try using measurements to keep track of your shrinking gut :)

    When I first started I did not loose a single pound for about 2 weeks. Also try lifting less weight and focus on repetition and resistance. Keep at it.
