Hiya can ur body really stop losing weight if you do the same thing all the time
so i haven't lost weight for a good while but ive stayed the same and the only exercise i do is walking and jogging.
so is it because my body is used to this i am in a calorie defect as i eat between 1200-1400 a day most day.

Some people plateau for whatever reason.
Eat maintenance calories for a week and then go back to a deficit.
You might be eating too little though.0 -
you could also try lifting. building muscle mass ups your metabolism.0

BUT last time I was doing this I was stuck at one weight for a long time even though I was netting 1200 and working out for about an hour every day and then I took a break from working out for like 5 days and lost about four pounds immediately! Your body holds onto water when you work out continuously.0

My only exercise was fast walking. I was at a plateau for about 3 weeks. I upped my cals plus changed exercise to swimming and a combination of both set the weight loss off again. So a change in activity could work0
