This morning I weighted a straight 140. Yippy!! I want to be in the 130s (139 will do!) when I go on vacation in a week. I am so glad that I passed up that chocolate cake at the restaurant, and the chocolate birthday cake of a friend's a couple of days ago.
But I do have a new chocolate "fix" food: chocolate rice cakes. Toooooo gooood with just 60 calories each. (Main ingredient is WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE).
Yummy. I can have FOUR of them and it only be equal to the calories in one piece of cake. And I don't need four, one with tea is great!0
