It seems I often feel bloated. What would be the easiest way to figure out which food/foods are causing it so I can eliminate them? Its basically, I think, either dairy or gluten. Should I just eliminate one for a week or so, then eliminate the other, and see which week is better? Or could it be another type of food altogether even?

i just found out that its dairy doing it to me...i stopped eating it for about a week and bloating was gone, im heart broken tho because i love it so i got some lactate pills today to see if they will help me0

Sugars does it for me. cakes, biscuits, chocolate, that sort of stuff.
Only way is to eliminate one from your diet for a couple of days until you can determine what's causing it.0
