Thought I would share an awful before picture and a decent "after" picture. I hesitate to call it "after" because I don't feel like I'm done. Its a lifelong change, so I will never be done! Thank you MFP community for all of your support; and I'm glad I can count on you all for positive encouragement.     Just LOVELY!!! I'm so glad you did this for yourself, AND for your family. And I'd love to read more of the website -- I like that you've recorded your ups AND downs...it really is a journey, and I still get frustrated at times. Good to know you've been to that place and back many many times.
