I have never exercised and am totally out of shape. I need to start but need some suggestions on what to do. Looking for a exercise dvd for beginners. I know walking is good too. Thanks.

Jenny I have been doing jillian michaels 30 day shred. Its only 20 minutes long. She has one girl doing beginner exercises. Follow her. I did when I started. I am on round 2 and am now following the harder workout. I am amazed at how much more I can do now. I won't lie, its a hard workout. But if you stick with it, you will like the results.

Couch to 5K is great too...walking and running combo.0

If you have netflix, try streaming the 10 minute solutions! I started by doing those on my lunch breaks and it was a great way to get started! Also, check youtube! Free is GOOD!0

Couch to 5K is great too...walking and running combo.
I started the couch to 5k back in March. With small changes to my diet and now I am down about 30 to 35 lbs. I am going for a Mini Marathon in September. Just walking alone is great. It also gets you outside of the house or office.0
