    People think you're ugly if you think you're ugly. Basically you are showing them the ugly inside you. I for one know a lot of people that think I'm ugly but if I listened to them and be a Debbie downer all the time. I wouldn't have an even bigger number of people that truly think I'm beautiful.

    It truly is ugly and you're just asking for it.

    I just want to remind you that being a teenager is temporary. You won't always feel this way. Change the way that you view yourself, speak to yourself kindly. If you need to see a counsellor, please go. You are worth it.

    Take it from someone who wishes she had appreciated her 18 year old body and her 18 year old self a whole lot more.
