I actually started listening to audio books, I only listen to them when I work out so it gives me another reason to look forward to getting up at 5:00 in the morning, I can't wait to see what happens next.

"Walk" by Pantera if I am unloading on my Muay Thai bag. "Be yourself, By yourself"
Otherwise, I like indie rock...old skool hip hop...even some modern folk like Mumford and Sons or Avett Brothers. I have a pretty diverse palate. :-)
EDIT: I should add a mention for "Bangarang" by Skrillex - again for Muay Thai bag0

"A Battle Hymn for Children" by The Faint. It's far from the first type of song that comes to mind when I think "exercise", but it's got the PERFECT beat for me to maintain a 6mph jog. It's my most-played tune by about 200 plays 0 0

Anything by Sleigh Bells, but Comeback Kid gets me super hyped for a workout.0
