Soo.. I'm watching the show The Doctors & thought i should put this up for anyone who hasent watched it!

13 fat burning tips to help kick start weight loss:

13. Seaweed bread to feel more full (Weird or what?lol)
12. Green coffee beans extract to burn fat (aka unroasted coffee beans)
11. Use panty hose as resistance bands (LOL- who knew?)
10. Eat hemp protein to help curb cravings / Find a new source of protein
9. Fake a butter allergy (Becuase when you order veggies on the side while out at dinner, they add butter and fat, etc!)
8. Find self-motivation and set realistic goals
7. Get a coronary artery calcium scan (Its pretty scary - google it!)
6. Create accountability for food choices by texting a friend (YOU TEXT THEM EVERYTHING YOU EAT WHEN YOU EAT IT!)
5. Avoid expensive gym fees by exercising at home
6. Try water resistance workouts to tighten core (aka boot camp H2O)
5. Be aware of / stop late night eating
