      i have lost 13 KG (28.6lbs ) in 6 weeks an average of 4.7lbs a week ...i m watching my calories ..walking ..and doing couple some activities ....i m having problems in my thyroid ( Hypothyroidism ) ...thanks god still losing ...
      i m targeting 75 kg ....it is challenging but i m welling to achieve my goal :smile: ..
