Down 23lbs ~Pics~

So, it has been just over 4 months and I lost a total of 23lbs so far. The last few weeks have been very slow- half because I gave into some naughty treats (as u can see in my diary over this weekend!) and I hold a lot of water.

On my last weigh-in (Friday 13th) My weight read at 148.2lbs (down from 171.3) 25.5% % Body fat (down from 35%) and a BMI of 23.5 (from 35.2)

Hoping the loss speeds up again, and that I stay motivated to stay on track! I go to visit my dads half of the family in 2 weeks- so I need to really go for it as it's so easy to gain in Skegness!

Here are my recent progress pictures: Not sure if they will stick around on here but I do not have any starting pics in bikini as I was too big in my eyes :(

Im 5'6", a dress size 12-14 (UK) and have an overall goal to reach 130lbs!

    We have had very similar progress! I started off at 170 and have lost 18lbs approximately so far since I joined in January!

    thanks!! im 5'6" and body fat I get read on my weekly weigh-ins at the chemist :) x Boots (name of chemist) machine!
