    Congratulations, you look great! You look a lot younger too. What was the hardest part of losing 100lbs?

    I guess convincing myself that I needed to do this. I wanted to feel like my weight wasn't holding me back form living life!

    Yeah I still have some though not as bad as it could be I guess. I rather have some extra skin than the weight though!

    According to my BMI I need to but I'm more worried about body fat after I lose another 15lbs
