I have made a commitment on stickK to lose the weight that I need to lose, failure to do so will cost me money...real money

I use it also and it's great! (Sadly) The threat of loosing $10 per week if I miss my goal is so much more of a motivator than staying fat and dying earlier than I would other wise.
