Dance Central?

Would you log this under dancing,general or dancing,aerobic? You do move quite a bit in it. And you do sweat alot.

    I log mine under dance, general. Are you using a HRM to figure cals burned?

    Create a new one that says Kinect - Dance Central, I see other workouts listed by Wii so why not for Kinect.

    Nope do not have a HRM just yet. I usually just log it under general but I noticed that the dance,aerobic logs it with more calories burnt. LOL, either way I am sweating and burning calories so it is all good.

    if you download on the xbox my fitness pal and have Dance central 2, it show how many calories you've burned while playing the game.

    Its a new download from Microsoft and only a few games are working with it. More soon.

    Good to know about the download - I'm not sure if I have DC or DC2...but I will be checking tonight and DL that MFP app for Xbox. Thanks for the infos Alucardd20
