Apple Repair Technician who also does micro soldering work and board level repairs, software debugging and programming and database handling...

And yes, I can be quite arrogant against the PC guys... I work with both, they are the same, I see how the thoughts went into it and how to solve things even other companies cannot.

I am likely one of the best techs in the province but personally.. I don't like to brag face to face... it isn't cool... not one bit.. But I will gladly laugh when someone does something so stupid, they shouldn't even exist... I spent half an hour laughing the other day because someone with an iPhone couldn't spell iTunes, and even funnier, didn't even know what it was!

Same with helping companies, IT managers usually know nothing, cannot program and obviously just got handed the position because they are just that bad... Either that or they just seem that bad to me...
