Both. I keep a pitcher at my desk. It's cold when I get it but it's warm by the end. Doesn't bother me either way.0

Mine starts cold, but is room temp by the time I finish it (I have a 32 oz bottle, and sip it over 2-3 hours). I'll take it anyway I can get it though!0
