I'm beth, and I'm 29 I joined MFP back in Feb I think, but finally got serious about it maybe a week ago. I have been trying to slim down and tone for years and have been working out a lot and seeing very little change. (I know the frequent happy hours and love for wine didn't help either lol). It wasn't until I looked at my calorie stats on here and thought about how I diet in the past and realized I wasn't eating enough??!!? Probably the best news I have ever heard. So far I think I'm doing pretty good, and I look forward to MFP success.
