Realistic please.
So what will it be?
50 jumping jacks?
20 tricep dips?

Give me something good to burn some extra calories.

    planks and walking squats always make me feel like I've put in a good burn :happy:

    10 pushup sit up pyramids...

    goes like this: 10 pushups, 10 sit ups, 9 push ups, 9 sit ups, all the say back down to 1 and up to 10 again :)
  • do step ups, as fast as you can on a stair, for 2 consecutive minutes....

    I use to feel that way about them. I now don't mind them. I don't think I could do 100 though.....

    I have a good challenge for you..
    10 Dive Bombers
    5 Burpees
    20each leg Squat leg lift to the side
    5 Burpees
    10 each side Side plank lift
    5 burpees
    10 each leg pistol squats (or regular if you cant do pistol)
    5 Burpees

    Repeat 3 times record your time and try it out again in a few days to see if your making progress :)

    A burpee is you start standing place your palms on the floor jump or step back into a plank do a push up jump/step back in stand up.. Here you can jump in the air/ do a tuck jump/ do a squat/ or just go straight back into the plank formation with a push up.. It is difficult and at the beginning of the year I could do none of it really but I kind of got the hang of it now ;)

    ^^^^ TRUTH...haha. As much as they are "not fun" in my book, they're still a great exercise/so good for you. I frown every time my trainer has me do them, but I always do them all. :o)

    Warm up with your fav cardio then 8 sec sprints followed by 12 sec rests. 15 minutes kicked my butt yesterday on the bike.

    I SECOND THE JUMP ROPING! i love to

    2min jump rope
    50 sit ups
    1 1/5 min jump rope
    20 push ups
    2 min jump rope
    15 sit ups
    1 min jump rope
    15 lunges
    end with 20 min brisk walk!
