    Eat healthy and exercise was my "secret"!

    I got a kick out of this comment. As I was losing weight a lot of people wanted to know my "secret". They were always disappointed when I said that I was just doing what the doctor told me--eat right and exercise. So many people want the quick fix and are discouraged by the thought of all that WORK!

    Congratulations on following through with all your work. You did a great job!! Keep it up!

    Way to go. I've lost 57 lbs and weight just a couple pounds under you. Was thinking about stopping at between 200 and 190 but maybe trying to get to 180. Question though just for comparison, how tall are you and how much did you weigh in high school. I'm 6 foot and was always around 215 untill I left the military.

    I'm 5'10''. I weighed about 250-270 in high school, but I played sports a lot so much more muscular than.
