    Spinach - Raw
    Peppers - Sweet, red, raw

    I'm cutting out one of the items which is bagels way to high on carbs and as long as I keep away from bagels I do great on the rest of it.

    Top of the list on that tab reads: Water, Sun tea and milk. But food wise I'd say yogurt, cottage cheese and lately the low carb, high fiber whole wheat wraps I got to try out some new low-calorie lunch recipes....which are DELICIOUS btw! :o)
