Looking for support

Hi, I'm Cj. Been thin before but had problems with under eating and over exercising. Got tired of obsessing, gained weight, then got pregnant, again and again. During this time I tried various methods to lose weight, but after a few weeks I'd quit, only to try something else a few months later. Last year, I started something I'm still doing - focusing on changing habits. I'm no longer addicted to sugar or caffeine and I eat more vegetables. I lost 40 lbs, gained back 15, and been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs for a couple months. The next phase is I am adding dancing, tracking food, and water drinking to my habits. I'd like support since previously I've done the other stuff privately. Anyone up for helping?
