      It's HOT in Nebraska! We had about fifteen our twenty minutes worth of rain a few days ago, but before that I can't remember the last time it rained here. People who don't water their grass at all have brown yards, and we (who water ours for about ten minutes a day) haven't had to mow for like three weeks. I love summer, and I will take the heat ANY DAY over cold and snow, but this is starting to wear on me. Doesn't look like it's going to end anytime soon, either.

      Hamilton. I think the hottest day we've had thus far this summer. I'm kinda loving it, but I don't have to go outside and do unbearable work-type things in it. I just love that it isn't snowing :P

      first dry day in weeks and weeks, lots of flooding here, lots of events cancelled, wettest May, June and July since records began, rubbish summer so far
