Just started searching through posts, so there may already be a topic line for this, but I didn't find it. So if there is one would you guide me towards it please. Otherwise, are there ideas out there for those of us that have to limit carbs and sugars. Thank you.

Hi,
First, don't be afraid to have carbs, especially early in the day. As the day goes on, you should have less and less.
This being said, you need to eat the right carbs.
Oatmeal (real stuff, not the instant stuff) with a banana and some cinnamon mixed in.
Mini wheat bagels with some natural peanut butter
Eggs (egg beaters preferred) with a slice of wheat bread
Fiber one bar with protein drink
Grape Nut cereal
Cottage cheese
Greek Yogurt (add some Grape Nut cereal)
Egg wrap in low carb burrito wraps (high in fiber)
Fresh fruit (not too much due to sugars)
Are you getting hungry? :-)

Eggs are huge. I have eggs almost every morning.
If you don't have time, hard-boil a bunch on the Sunday and in the morning you can just grab a couple and go.
Also, I love to have steak with my eggs, or left-over pork tenderloin, or bacon (love my meat!). Protein shakes are great (almond milk, protein, cocoa, and a half-banana).
I'm looking to do Intermittent Fasting as described in leangains so I might stop having breakfast altogether.0
