Here I go again: second week on MFP

Well I am one of those people who always starting out great for a couple of weeks and than fading out. This is my second week and I lost 4.4 lbs this first week. I am so tired of this up and down yoyo. I keep hoping this is the one I will stick to. I had so much fun figuring out what to eat and stay with in the 1200 calories last week. I did cardio almost each day to have the extra calories. I am taken it one day at a time. I have challenge myself to stick to it for one month at a time.

The journey is much better with support, encouragement,and the occasional cyber kick in the *kitten*! Feel free to add me. I post almost every day, and try to be motivating and positive.0
