There is always Zumba for the Xbox360, Walmart in the exercise section has some dance DVD's.0

I really like anything that Jillian Michaels make. Since you like dance, I think Turbo Jam is a good one.0

Zumba? That seems to be the most popular work out dvd for beginners that involves dancing. Not that I've ever done any of those.0

Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, though you might want to try 30 Day Shred beforehand.0

I've never gotten the DVD for that. I use my Xbox360 with Zumba. >.> I bet it's cheaper on DVD0 -

I'm doing the 30DS it's a great workout!0 -
Jillian, Jillian, JILLIAN! In my opinion, you can get the same results as all of those 150+ dollar DVD sets. Her DVD's are under 10 dollars at Wal-Mart, Target, you name it. I'm doing Ripped in 30 now, I haven't done 30 Day Shred, but I hear that it is great too.0

Anything by the FIRM they always have at least one lady doing modifications for all the exercises so it's great for beginners!! I like them because they do some cardio and then do a weight segment instead of just cardio all the way through and they have a huge variety of DVDs and equipment. Good luck!!0

Oooooo, I want some ideas too!
Currently I'm on day 14 of Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred. I was in ok physical condition prior to starting and am doing all right so maybe it'll work for you. I'm amazed and how my endurance has improved in such a short amount of time.0 -

THIS! I'm loving their dvd's because there's so much variety. I have about 3 of theirs so far with no complaints.0 -
Collage videos sells tons of workout videos and has reviews of all of them. The staff also do all the videos and can tell you all about them. I think it's something like collagevideo.com,but you can certainly find them online./0

Check out www.collagevideo.com. They have any and every workout video out there. They also give you the option of previewing the video online before you buy it which I think is really helpful. They rate the videos advanced, intermediate, or beginner so you know the level and you can also read other people's reviews who have done the video. It's a great website and you get free shipping if you spend over $25 which is good. You can also search by category so if you like dance you can pull up all the videos under that. Good luck and hope you find something you like. I have ordered a ton of videos from them and have lost 30 lbs. so far.0
