I'm trying again.

Okay, so I've been trying millions of ways to lose weight and always given up. This time I want to lose the weight and not give up and gain it back. Please add me. I need lots of motivation. I have to lose 70 pounds x_x ahhh so much

    Me and my mom tried a plan that, before I got sidetracked, had me losing roughly 2 lbs a week. I don't know how well it would work for you but there is no harm trying, if you'd like to know about it, right?

    just log on every day and keep track of everything!! exercise daily and it WILL happen...do not expect it to happen over night...it took years to put on all the weight its going to take time to get it all off....and the best way to do it is slow and steady...that way you are not as likely to gain it all back and then some
