I want to ask is green tea really helpful for weight loss because from the last 5 months i am drinking green tea with lemon after every meal but i do not lose even 1 pound so is it really good and helpful for weight loss and how much time it take to loose weight?

  • In my experience it never helped me lose weight. Yet, does help your skin and overall health. In addition, allows you to drink a healthier and natrual option vs. drinking soda or something with articifical flavor.
  • I dont understand, are you expecting green tea to make you lose weight on it's own because if you are you have it all wrong. The other thing is this, green tea is crap if you're buying bagged tea... it's garbage. Get yourself some good loose Green tea from a proper tea shop, that's the first step. The next thing is to combine it with a solid workout regimen and a healthy CLEAN diet. The tea will give you energy to burn calories and it's an amazing antioxidant as well. I drink lots of green tea and it helps but not if you aren't doing anything else.

    Like Matty said, you're not doing yourself any favors by solely relying on green tea to lose weight. If you're sitting around and not eating a healthy diet, you might as well drink regular water.
