Treadmill calories vs. Nike+

I would assume Nike+ more accurately measures distance and calories, but there is about 100 calorie difference between my treadmill and the app (about .25 mile distance difference). Which should i use? I use the Nike app when outside.

Yeah I use Nike + and notice that as well. I use the Nike + stats, apparently machines often over calculate calories burned by quite a bit most of the time anyway.

Fitness equipment always give a huge overestimate of calories burned. It really has no way of telling how much you are exerting... My HRM always gives at least 30-40% less calories than my treadmill.

I would use Nike+. Machines are notoriously inaccurate. The treadmill and elliptical always give me very high numbers that I wish were right but I know aren't! Not sure why that is, maybe overtime the computer goes haywire with so much use.
